ReeDee Granado-Chaney, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Granado-Chaney is a 2003 University of Houston College of Optometry graduate. She completed externships in ocular pathology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in primary care at the Centre Boston de Optometria y Ofthalmologia in Madrid Spain. She has completed course work in Public Health from the University of North Texas. Dr. Granado-Chaney is a therapeutic optometrist, and as such she is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular medical conditions as well as being an optometric glaucoma specialist. She is a member of the AOA, Texas Optometric Association and the Dallas County Optometric Society.
Arianne

Front Desk Receptionist

Arianne has joined the team at Harwood Vision after working as an optican and most recently a technician at Dr. Latham's satellite office, in Grapevine. Arianne has worked for Dr. Latham for 4 years now and is taking on a new task as a receptionist. You are most likely to speak to Arianne when you first call to schedule your appointment. She will gladly assist you with any questions regarding Dr. Latham's office. She also assists with patient check-in, and assists patients when settling their accounts. She is also responsible for filing our VSP and Eyemed insurance claims. Arianne is also a student at UNT in Denton studying develpmental and family studies.
Jeri

Optician

Jeri is one of our newest additions to Harwood Vision and we are glad to have her! Jeri moved here in July 2011 from Colorado with 20 years of experience in the optical industry. Jeri has worked as a trainer, manager, and a buyer as well as her current roll here, an optican.
Ruben

ABO Certified Optician

Ruben is an ABO Certified Optician and has been in the optical industry since 1974. He has been a member of the Harwood Vision team since 1992. Ruben will gladly help you in selecting your eyewear and he is well informed of all the latest frame styles and lens technology. He also handles the sales, fabrication, and dispensing of our patients eyewear. Ruben takes great pride in making our patients eyewear to exact doctor specifications. All your technical questions or concerns can be directed to Ruben and he will advise you of your best options for your eyewear needs.
Holly

Assistant

Holly has been a member of Harwood Vision since January 2004. Although Holly has worked as one of our optometric assistants, helping Dr. Latham with patient pre-testing and contact lenses and in the optical she is now working on special projects for the office and for Dr. Latham. She is currently working on keeping the patients up to date with a new designed website and facebook page to keep you, the patient, part of our everyday! Holly also assists with everyday office matters such as scheduling appointments and patient check-in/out. On her days out of the office you can find Holly playing at the park or shopping with her two children and husband and making children's clothing for her boutique.
Janice

Front Office Coordinator

Janice has been a member of our staff since September 1993, and is our front office coordinator. She is an ABO Certified Optician since 1979. Janice is also our insurance coordinator and handles our accounts receivables. She will gladly assist you with any questions you may have regarding your account. You may find her working in the optical dispensary, behind the front desk, or in the insurance office. You may also be talking to her if you have questions or scheduling needs regarding insurance. Janice enjoys playing with her grandson Roman and is a Creative Memories Consultant. "What I've enjoyed most at Harwood Vision Clinic is seeing our friendly patients every year."
Rosie

Optician Assistant

Roise has joined our family in early 2010 to help out in the optical. She loves helping patients find the perfect frame that will make you look great and that you'll love to wear! You will find Roise always smiling and ready to help you with your eyewear needs.
Heather

Optomertic Assistant

Heather is one of our contact lens techs and assist our Dr's with patient pre-testing and in the exam room. Heather has been with Dr. Latham since August of 2008. She has 2 children, 2 dogs and enjoys family time with them along with her husband. Heather played softball at Paris Junior College and enjoys all sports.
Rachael

Optometric Assistant

Rachael has is one of Dr. Latham's Optpmetric Assistants. She has been with Dr. Latham since 2003. You will see Rachael when you come in for you eye exam. She will follow you through your exam during pre-testing, assestment and assists Dr. Latham in the exam room.
Ashley

Front Office Receptionist

Ashley has been in our family since early 2010 already having 5 years in the optical industry. She happily assists patients with scheduling their yearly eye exams by finding the best time that will work with their schedule. Ashley takes care of sending out your friendly appointment reminder cards and is working on setting up e-mail reminders. Ashley enjoys her days off with her 2 girls.
